Our engineering department designs the beams .During the design process，close contact is kept with both the customer and the production facility. T0 be competitive in the market and ensure quick delivery to the costumers ,we have production centers in Europe and Asia．Material for the beams are chosen in function of the weight，strength and availability at the country of production. Once the design is finished drawings are sent to the class organizations．For heavy lifting beams a FEM calculation report accompanies the drawings sent for approval to the Class．
Thanks to this in-house design and calculation process，and the direct contact with the workshop。engineering costs are minimized and problems are discovered early in the design stage.
Once the approved drawings are received by the engineering department，the sign to start production is given to the Workshop. They then order the material, prepare workshop drawings and carry out the Work preparation and assembling．Of course they have all required certificates and certified welders to perform the task in hand. During the production process all required checks will be carried out and different milestones are supervised by the classification society. We makes occasional visits as well to ensure ourselves that all is done as we want it to be done.
In the final stages a proof load test is performed，supervised by the classification society and professionals of Quality Dep. This test can be carried out at a test facility ,, so to ensure the safety of the products.
